TEMPE, AZ - March 26, 2007 - Limelight Networks, Inc. today announced it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The shares of common stock to be sold in the offering are expected to be offered by Limelight Networks and certain of its stockholders.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. will act as sole book-runner, Morgan Stanley will act as joint lead manager and Jefferies Broadview, Piper Jaffray and Friedman Billings Ramsey will act as co-managers for the offering. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
